If you want to return and exchange, please make sure the product meets these criteria:

• There is a clear unboxing video and a valid payment confirmation receipt.
• The claim should be submitted within 7 days (maximum) after the product is delivered to you.
• The product should be in a good and original condition, unworn, unwashed, and the label is still attached.
• The product is purchased via eswabe online stores.
• The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product with higher price.
• You can only exchange the product once.
• Return and exchange will be processed within 2 working days after we received the product.
